Why you should start on a demo account

A demo account is a practice account at a broker: real prices and charts, but virtual money.

What a demo gives you

• The interface. You learn to open trades and set stops and targets without risking real money on a mistake.
• The mechanics. You see how the lot affects profit and loss and get used to how price moves.

When to move to a real account

• 15–20 trades done without technical mistakes;
