Beau Lamarre-Condon trial: prosecution begins cross-examining double murder accused
The trial of Beau Lamarre-Condon, who has pleaded not guilty to murdering a couple in Sydney in 2024, resumed as he returned to the witness box for a second day of evidence. Prosecutors began cross-examining him. He told the court that the shooting of Jesse Baird was not intentional but said 'it was my fault'. He also described seeing what he assumed was someone's delivery motorcycle, and recalled the clothing he saw, including a hi-vis hooded jacket, waterproof pants and gloves. He said he wished he had not done it.
